August 7th 2008 - 8:00 p.m. : Auglaize County Fair, Master Gardener Mary Nelson, 4-H Lamb preparation and more


August 14th 2008 - 8:00 p.m.: Tour the Henry County Fair in Napoleon, and host Cathy Pratt interviews Peg Trout, who has chronicled he fascinating stories of some of the women who served during World War Two.


August 21st 2008 - 8:00 p.m. : Taking in the Allen County Fair along the historical town of Lima. Host Cathy Pratt talk with Kelli Kling about the entertainment and art at this year’s Black Swamp Festival in Bowling Green.  The program will also take a look at how a group of Rotarians are trying to relieve the plight of the Tarahumara Indians in Mexico’s.

September 18th 2008 - 8:00 p.m. - "Focus on NW Ohio" travels down to Findlay to take in the Hancock County Fair and enjoy the Junior Fair Ag Olympics there. The program also takes a look at area farmer's markets. And host Cathy Pratt will interview physical trainer Mike Terrian of Findlay about exercising during the summer and early fall.

September 25th 2008 - 8:00 p.m. - This week “Focus on Northwest Ohio,” is taking in the llama/alpaca show, the breeding cattle show, and the awesome tractors pulls at the Fulton County Fair. Host Cathy Pratt talks with Dr. Wayne Feister, a doctor of osteopathy, about holistic and healthy eating. And we’ll meet a wildlife rehabilitator from Castalia who’ll show us what it’s like to send her patients “Back into the Wild.”

October 2nd 2008 - 8:00 p.m. - "Focus on NW Ohio" travels to Montpelier to take in the fun and food of the Williams County Fair. At the fair, we'll take in the "Haul-In Draft Horse, Pony, Mule & Donkey Hitch," as well as experience "Youth Night." Host Cathy Pratt interviews Steve Kryder about the upcoming Grand Rapids Apple Butter Festival. Finally, we'll get a sneak preview of a new, WBGU-TV documentary about historical, one-room schoolhouses in the Midwest.
